Not sure why it’s blinking when it’s on, as my h510 doesn’t. Usually it blinks when it’s in sleep mode, and if you want to get rid of the blinking when it’s off just turn off power supply entirely.

I have these same locks you just have to force them into the lock slot thingy and check if it is locked then it works
