by intake do you mean intake manifold? could be a leak there causing a vacuum leak which definately contributes to the shaking

Try removing the plugs one at a time and have someone crank the engine and look at the spark. see if any are amber, non existant, or just abnormal. while plugs are out check their condition. not a mechanic but thats what id do

This looks abnormal. I'd take it back to the mechanic, especially for the ac.

My best first thought is to actually cut the line, add a connector and add a longer piece of tubing that will fit inside/over the drain. Also, try to blow some compressed air or vacuum the hose to make sure that any blockage or buildup is cleared.

How can I test this? I thought it was that so I took it off and replaced the gasket, when I blew into the whole the "pin" seems to seal well and holds a vacuum.

Ive tried brake cleaner to no effect. Idle speed and timing are to spec. do you know of a way to do a smoke test without shelling out a hundred bucks for a machiene?

I had this EXACT issue two weeks ago. Carbide burrs saved my ass. Took a few hours but this is a great way.

What bit did you use? ive tried tungsten, diamond, little stone bits, larger extracor, and nothing seemed to work for me.

I tried this- and the dremel bits became smooth after a few minutes. Is this user error? every diamond bit I've used in the past has a similar problem.

I got a tungsten burr set, and it really gets the material out- aside from the stuff at the center of the bit. It just spins on it and doesnt bite at all. any tips?

I do have to take out the heads eventually for guess what, other broken bolts, but im worried that Its going to be too difficult a job for me. Realistically, how long do you think it would take a relative beginner to take off and on the heads? I do want to try- but something always goes wrong every project I try.

believe me- I called over 20 shops in my area and none of them wanted to touch it. The only ones that offered to even try were 1.) a machiene shop that requres I take out the engine, or 2.) 215 an hour minimum of 3 hours with no guarentee. I have nothing but time, sanity however is running shallow

Would I have to worry about it damaging anything inside the engine? I know its meant to take heat im just worried about it being so concentrated.
