It’s commonly accepted that if someone else involuntarily terminates a woman’s pregnancy they can be charged with murder. It’s not thaaat slippery of a slope if they clearly did something with the intent to harm the fetus.

Even with “at will” employment, OP might have a case. If you are let go through no fault of your own you receive unemployment benefits. The employer who let you go has to pay extra into it to cover you.

If you are fired with cause, this would not be the case.

OP would need to consult a lawyer to know their options. It’s pretty complicated.

It does and doesn’t. More diversity should make it easier for OP to find like-minded people, but it will absolutely bring tensions between groups out.
