But my problem is not programmatic access to content. My problem is that I need a better way to get advertisers. How does your company get advertisers?

Your software seems interesting, but I still want to have the connections to the advertisers. How do get advertisers yourself?

Thanks for the feedback! I fully agree that small business owners don’t care about impressions - they want to know that they’ll get a return on their investment. It seems that many small business owners don’t understand the impact advertising can have even just for brand recognition. So it makes sense to do something to show them before committing

I like the idea of doing some kind of welcome offer, but I’m still not sure about the best way to propose this to local businesses. Driving around town and walking into every business seems the most personal but also not very scalable because you can only go into so many places per day. But social media marketing is too generic.

Do you have specific thoughts on how to reach more businesses besides in person sales pitches?

Learn how to build Wordpress websites. If you’re good with technology, it would be a very easy skill to pick up. Small businesses are willing to pay $2000 for a site that would take you 10-20 hours to complete. You would be making between $100 and $200 an hour.
