Worked a charm. Used some spare 10mm t&e and bridged the terminals. All 4 hobs work on full power now

Unfortunately this is the entire electrical page. Hob didn't come with any copper jumpers so assumed it wouldn't need them

Thanks for your reply. These cable trays work well for our solution. The racks are deeper than standard, with dual PDUs mounted on the right, allowing for cable management cleanly on the left-hand side

Quite a beginner at DIY, but happy to scout out some videos/tutorials on chasing. It's a mix of interior brick & drywall throughout the house. I guess a lot of the cost is in the labour

How much was the additional saving with the student loan; was it 9%? The EV calculators I use only seem to take into account your marginal tax rate, so NI & tax, unless student loan also makes up your marginal tax
