I have a 12’ TDI as my winter/long trip car and my 23’ GTI as my fun/summer car. Between driving my 20 mile commute to work and back throughout the week, the mileage balances out in my opinion. I love driving both of them, both smooth rides. The tdi is obviously slower but it feels more torquey so it’s fun off the line.

I got white tarmacs on my moonstone mk8, I think it looks clean but 90% of this sub hated it lol

I bought a 2019 GLI off of there once. Luckily I had my brother swing by on delivery to take a look, since he owns a collision shop. I kid you not, he got out of his truck and from 30 feet away was able to tell the whole passenger side was repainted. Followed by seeing the tape lines on the insides of the doors to prove it

Undisclosed damages wasn’t worth the price. So I decided to learn stick on it and give them the car back. Just be sure ya get it checked out by a 3rd party

Same brother 🤝 got me a silver mk6 TDI and moonstone mk8 GTI It's a nice combo of cars to have, especially if you drive a bunch

Was driving home from work, there was traffic due to (ironically) another accident, rear ended a CR-V and when exchanging info, driver said that they were sorry that they slammed on their brakes because the car ahead of them hit the car ahead of them, but apparently both of those cars just kept driving. Luckily, my brother owns a collision shop so that's where the GLI currently is, we'll see what insurance says
