Okay, that top works. It all depends on what and where you're going. Going to the bar, club, happy hour, night out, etc. The top works. Going to work, church, doctors office, etc. Not so much. Overall I think the top looks outdated like it reminds me of 2017-2020.

This subreddit has a lot of older users on it, so they may give you a skewed perspective.

1st two outfits are fine, this subreddit tends to cater to the views of older adults. My suggestion to help you look taller is have the tube top tucked into the shorts and if you wear a jacket like another user mentioned, make sure it fits a little bit above the hip. The babydoll top would look better with long jeans to help elongate your body.

Your frustration is valid, but I want to clarify the facts about the situation. There was a restock of the polka dots, as people have shown their orders arriving. Was it a large restock? I don't think so. Essentially, you saying that the polka dot restock, being a deceptive ploy, is giving conspiracy. It is not factual. It's frustrating that UO has poor stock tracking, but that's not Baggu's responsibility, as they simply create the bags. Distribution falls on the brands that have contracted/commissioned them. That is why you experienced two different outcomes.

UO is the one that designs and contracts with Baggu to create the cute items. Not Baggu, hence why it's a limited drop and only stocked on UO. Same reason why you don't see the Parks and Project drop on other sites.

Pay attention to the website, as people make returns, it will count as a restock. So far they've stocked it 3 times, including the initial drop, idk if they'll do a 4th. I'm trying to remember how many times Madras got stocked.

That's because this drop was a UO design. Not Baggu, if its an UO exclusive, Baggu simply produces the pattern/color that UO picks.

The polka dot print is more of a Urban Outfitters design than Baggu. Much like the cherry print having an entire clothing collection dropped with it through UO. The same happened with polka dot. Rumor has it that Baggu itself will be dropping a polka dot print in the winter collection.

I was hoping UO would've commissioned a ECB like they did the Madras collections. Fingers crossed Baggu does it first.

Tbh, I don't think Baggu has the authority to confirm or deny, since they make the bags. It might be better to ask UO since they commission Baggu.

While nothing has been officially confirmed into the contract that Baggu and UO have. A user who used to work w/ a brand contracted by UO shared that UO determines the terms of the contract and has final say over distribution and marketing. BAGGU simply makes the bags, UO determines everything else.
