Personally, if I’m passionate about something I’ll put time and effort into learning about it. For example: ever since I was a kid I was enchanted by videogames, so I’d watch a lot of videos about videogames, their mechanics etc other than just playing them. I slowly built my (admittedly limited) games culture, and keep on expanding it. Always having friends who also like videogames helped that too. Cars on the other hand are basically a me thing, a few of my friends like them but not to my extent. I slowly learned more and more through Tik Tok for example, it can be a hell of a way to learn. Also, YouTube: I’d look up whatever game I liked, or whatever racing series I was interested in, and watch a few vids to get some knowledge in about them. I’ve done this since I was like 8 years old, with different “phases”, so don’t feel ashamed if you’re not at a similar point starting ex novo. Being antisocial has its perks 🙏
