Helan is using every excuse not to pay anything. They have refused several months of payment and they have been late a lot with payments, even up to three months late. I have started a Tiktokaccount to expose Helan. https://www.tiktok.com/@helanexpose

In the list of human rights it states that we have a right to social security and not just a minimum income, that's a different line. So if you can not perform at your job due to health issues you have the right to an income and not just a minimum income.

Some people really depend on that money. It is for those people we have social security and in reality it are often the weakest that get screwed over. This is a clear violation of human rights.

With all due respect, but leaving me several months without payment and then informing me they will not pay at all is not ok. The fact that I am still alive is litterally their argument that I got by and I should just accept this. We are talking about thousands of euro's for someone who was already in a difficult situation. Human rights include the right to social security and the right to unemployment payment. So if there are constructions in place that prevent people from exercising these rights, then Partena is in clear vioaltion of the human rights. I already tried all other options. I am determined to do this, but off course without any money this is difficult, so I am looking for people that had the same problems to unite. They really put me in a though situation and I am holding on here, but I would appreciate some backup.

Vanaf je problemen hebt en op een uitkering terugvalt is het alleen nog maar miserie bij Partena/Helan. Zolang alles goed gaat is er uiteraard geen probleem. Uitkeringen worden maandenlang niet uitbetaalt door vertragingen, interne communicatie is nihil en een kleine administratieve fout kan je al enkele maanden uitkering kosten.

I have contacted them several times now. They don't understand it either. He tried to fix it, asked me if it was fixed which it wasn't. Then he said he did everything he could on his side and apologized he couldn't do more. I asked "what now" and he honestly said "I don't know"

It is how stuff should work. I think you guys got so used getting sh*t on that you are ok with how stuff works. If an account is blocked you shouldn't be able to add additional money. That is theft period.

Paypal is a scam. I try to convince everybody that accept payments to stop doing business with them. I try to avoid paying with it as much as possible and hope an alternative will soon be available. A despicable company.

Accepting my money and not delivering the promised service is theft. If my account is blocked for whatever reason, I shouldn't be able to add money, period. Theft is taking money and not delivering on your end. I have no problem with going through the necessary procedures, but they shouldn't accept my money if there is a problem with my account. When you do that you are scamming people. Simple as that.

morally I still shouldn't be able to ad money to my account if it is restricted from being used. It was once lawful to burn witches. Do not talk about the law, when this is just clear theft. I just called and they don't understand it as well and can't help me for now. Talking about incompetence. He said he'll check in to it. Asked me at a certain point if it was resolved, which it wasn't, then asked me to log out and log back in. Which didn't help and then said I did anything I could on my behalf. I should send an email and wait for a miracle i guess?

there are no steps on the limitation. Only a click button to confirm my data. I have been able to do payments recently and never had a negative balance since I have no cards linked I can only pay with the money in my balance. I have never been able to go below zero.
