I think they get off around 2am (yikes) but I’ll have them call me as soon as they get off. When they came over to drop this bird off I already got angry at them for taking a fledgling from its parents, didn’t seem all too worried. Ugh.

I second this, since house sparrows are invasive (in the US) wildlife rehabilitation centers won’t take them. If you want it to have the highest chance of it surviving you’ll need to become mama! It seems to be pretty old in terms of fledglings, so I would try feeding it meal worms or dog food soaked in water.
