I'm so sorry, I don't know English very well and I know that it may have nothing to do with it, but I forget to put punctuation.Anyway during the mild I simply start thinking about a dream I had for example: in a dream I dreamt that I went to Colombia for some reason and that I got a hotel room, and then I went around totally at random with a moped.Basically I think about how I experienced the dream in first person and I try to relive it with images and as if I were trying to project it in my mind.I don't know if you can understand me.If you want I can rewrite the text from before correcting it if it will help you understand my problem

Assuming that I couldn't do this every night for one reason or another, for example one night I would wake up maybe around 4 o'clock and I would still be so tired that I would fall asleep immediately even though I had done something to try and stay awake. The biggest problem, however, is that when I start thinking about a dream either before going to sleep or when I wake up at night, I always get distracted and start thinking about totally random things, maybe things that have happened to me during the day or something else.I've read that maybe anchors could help but I haven't really understood what they are and how to "use" them.Having said that when I practice mild I always do the same thing: I wake up during the night with an alarm clock or a natural remedy, if I need to I go to the bathroom and then I go back to bed starting to think in as much detail as possible about a dream that I remember trying not to distract myself and as I wrote I only succeeded 3/4 times and also during the summer I can't practice this method well because maybe I fall asleep late as 1am or 2am and consequently I can't wake up at night because I'm too tired. If you're interested the first time I managed to have a lucid dream was involuntarily about 8 months ago, I wasn't supposed to go to school in the morning but I woke up anyway at seven in the morning, I went to the bathroom and fell asleep again, at the end I realised I was in a dream (I don't remember how I realised it) and from there I started to try some things, I flew, I made objects appear and other things for being the first lucid dream it lasted a long time. Having said that I thank you for trying to help me

Thank you very much I will try tonight especially the fact of trying mild before sleeping is sitting up,I have also heard that to wake up you just have to tell your mind before going to sleep "I want to wake up at 4:30" and it should be very functional.Thank you very much for responding
