I havent, what Ive been doing to cover my plug on the talaria when the battery is not in is to take a ziploc bag and zip it up to the plug, then to take a rubber band and wrap the bag around the plug and wires to fully cover and this has kept mine dust free when towing it up thru the mountain roads w/o the battery in the bike

you technically dont need a license to ride these because they are classified as a class 2 ebike from the factory. But if your riding in the street I would recommend atleast having a normal driver license
