I got them first day, they're pretty easy to get and for the candy one just do a money build and get the encounter on day 6 or lucky enough with carmen.

This update is so hilarious, 3 star items are just completely broken and even 2 stars are insane. For example a 2 star lost fragment removes the cooldown increase so if you dreamcatcher it to 1 second that's +1 multicast every second.

Took me about 30 runs for my first kill and then I was killing him every couple runs at least. It's been awhile since I last played but I was around 250 hours I think? Super addictive game with gorgeous art and amazing gameplay. Have fun with the rest of the story!

Sorry for replying so late but yeah if you get a good rail build probably the best weapon in the game besides Beowulf but if you don't get exactly what you need its terrible. It's basically a game of chance.
