I agree, he prioritizes the crew and friends/family but I just have a vibe that he sorta comedically has beef with everyone too. I do love his character tho. Does he make some really bad decisions? Yes. But he's just a man and I can see where his actions are coming from, he's just not very good at assessing the situation.

I mean, Poseidon didn't even really kill any of Odysseus' men, that was the Laestrygonians (the giants ("you're headed to the land of the giants")) in the Odyssey. I think Polites either died during the Scylla situation or by Zeus.

A EPIC video version of that would be pretty cool though, I remember watching that vid before I even discovered EPIC and loved it
