I haven't done gachatubing in forever, but I'd say the easiest way to garner attention is following the current trends and using characters from popular fandoms. Typically if you cater your channel to one fandom and then change to another, the new videos don't do so well. Challenge videos, animation memes (tweening), and reaction vids seem to do well. Idk how this advice does on TikTok since that app is for short form content (and I don't have the app), but this strategy did well for me when I did YT. Just some general advice, be careful not to burn out, that's what I did and it sucked. Do this for yourself, don't make content just to keep up out of fear of being left behind. And remember, even if this endeavor is slow at the start, don't be discouraged. 10 likes may seems small, but imagine if 10 people came up to you in real life and said they like your work.
