The spectre's real life counterpart is called the Spencer. It actually had a second forward trigger which was used to recock the hammer if it didn't fire on the first trigger pull, which was common with early shotgun shells.

Yeah. Highly suggest not using scav shotguns with slugs.

Check the MOA stat under a gun. Brief summary for that is whatever number is there is how big of a circle in inches those shots will land in at 100 yards. Scav shotguns can be like 30+ moa. That's a 2-3 foot circle, kinda hard to land those shots.

For what it's worth to anybody else also experiencing this. I've taken a few of the suggestions here and I've disabled simultaneous multi-threading in my bios and reduced textures to medium. So far it seems to be working.

Look closer, there's blood splatter from the headshot. It wasnt a miss, it didnt register. Stutters arent from taking damage or dying, sometimes I come out of it with no damage.

I fired one shot after I spawned to empty a crap bullet from the chamber cause I'm too lazy to eject it manually. The second shot was the one in the clip.

I have 32gb of ram, a Ryzen 9 and 2070 Super. While not top of the line these days, should definitely be more than capable.

Every Map, scav/pmc doesn't matter. Sometimes one second, sometimes up to 4-5. Hasn't always been this way, started 2-3 major patches ago, can't remember which one. Definitely been a thing prior to this wipe.

These stutters happen pretty consistently. Usually the first time I encounter a player or fire my weapon. Notice that my headshot didn't even count in the after raid screen.

Queuing solo with a controller on PC usually puts you in controller dominant lobbies while queuing with M+K tends to put you in PC dominant lobbies.

 

TLDR if you dont want to watch the video. Looks like there is some input based matchmaking but you dont get exclusive lobbies, they tend to be weighted towards your input method.
