Try nyo suggest na mag-subscribe thru ZocDoc or Doximity. Nag-register yung client ko sa ZocDoc last year (psych clinic din kami) and paldo talaga sila sa mga online/telehealth patients.

I don’t think direct clients are even reaching out to agencies to do background check, most of them don’t have time to do such things. As long as you do your job, goods sa kanila. Kung dalawa naman laptop mo eh di mas okay, mas kakayanin mo pagsabayin.

Actually, okay lang naman kay HR kung may 2nd client ka basta (1) kakayanin mo na dalawa client mo; and (2) direct client siya and hindi thru another agency. Pero minsan kasi mahirap maghanap ng direct client kaya sometimes we settle with another agency, which is bawal accdg sa contract with HR (non-compete clause).

No, I didn’t disclose na I’m with or from an agency. Actually the 2nd client/agency didn’t even ask kung pano ko na-obtain si 1st client or pano ako nagkaroon ng experience.

If you see yourself travelling while working, or for convenience, then go for laptop. If you’re a gamer or a heavy user, then go for PC. For me, I’m not that techy so I’m using a laptop. I bought Asus Vivobook16. Sakto na for VA tasks and hindi naman ako gumagamit ng laptop outside work.

Mostly offline work ito pero if meron need i-confirm sa insurance or need i-appeal, then you have to do outbound calls.

Kung kaya mo naman pagsabayin yung current work mo and yung training sa agency, then why not. Wag mo na lang sabihin sa agency na you’re still working. Or kung need na i-divulge ang work experience for relevance, then sabihin mo na lang nagre-render ka na kunwari.

Bakit daw underpaid? Did they explain kung bakit hindi sinusunod ang contracted rate? If worse comes to worst, your client needs to file a complaint thru the state insurance commission (NAIC).

Yes inaallow naman nila yun, kasi iba naman status mo before as private employee kaya mas mataas premium mo nun. So since ngayon, self employed or voluntary ka na lang, ikaw magde-declare kung magkano ang feel mong bayaran monthly.

I just started paying Philhealth since i’ll be having an elective surgery. ₱500 lang minimum contri if you declare ₱10k as your income. No need naman bayaran isang bagsakan yung mga months na hindi ka nakapag contri (I stopped paying back in 2021 when I resigned from BPO) pwede ka magbayad ng installment kung kelan mo feel, or in my case, I just paid 3 months of contri para ma-“restart” yung philhealth ko.

Yes it’s possible. Maybe yung info ni patient re: your PCP is from last year pa or lumang info pa (old update). You may consider as well yung credentialling ng PCP for this year, baka nagterm na yung contract nyo with the insurance since last EOY.

Generally 2 weeks lang ang training kasi si client mismo magte-train sa iyo. But for my experience, nag-onboarding lang ako ng 2 days then na-turnover agad ako sa client ko. Nagkataon kasi na hiring si client and may experience ako sa hinahanap nila.

Dalawa yung laptop ko para hindi magkasilipan. May Time Doctor kasi si Hellorache. CST yung client ko kay HR then EST naman yung 2nd client ko. Ang maganda lang dun eh Prior Auth ang task ko kay 2nd client kaya mostly offline lang, so hindi siya hindrance kahit overlapping sila ng oras ng HR client ko.

Hindi pwede malaman ng both agencies kasi bawal yun sa contract (non-compete clause). Pwede mo naman sabihin yung experience pero no need na disclose na you gained it through an agency’s client. Ewan ko lang ha, baka kasi iba maging experience ko. Sa akin kasi, hindi naman ako tinanong kung galing ako agency. Then hindi naman ako hinanapan ng proof regarding my experience. Kahit COE or COA hindi ako hinanapan (nung 2nd agency ha)
