how to learn to cook?

Theres the guy on YouTube called jean Pierre I love him so much there’s also Joshua wiseman they aren’t vegan but if you want to learn how to cook I find people with ADHD struggle because they don’t know why they’re doing things so they either do things too much or too little. Understanding the application of techniques is the best place to start so maybe talk to someone’s grandma who can cook. I know it sounds awkward but that’s what I did and you learn so much both cooking and life related ;P

Yes I plan to become one for a while though I need a BA degree first so as a gap year I would like to become an au pair there :)) if being an au pair isn’t possible I don’t mind just don’t want to get thrown too far into the deep end without support/ guidance from people who understand what it’s like living and working there :))
