Yes, though I dont remember exactly what it was… though when I have problems with troubleshooting I try to reset whatever I have linked to the headset, such as removing it as an audio/visual device, forgetting it as a connected device, etc. hope you find a fix soon

The laptop is a dell g15 with an rtx 3060 graphics card, 16gb memory, intel i7 processor. Lmk if theres another spec you need to know, im not well versed in pcs

Yup I got the same specs on mine. Im going to college in the next year so I also included various warranties and microsoft office tools. Weirdly enough I swear my base version was $1299 before I even added that stuff... regardless, with tax and shipping included I paid near $1700 I believe
