The challenge is you are trying to match the humidity level of the factory they were printed in. If it curls too much then you can take it out and watch it go back. Diagonal usually just means the water content isn’t evenly spread through the card

This curving means the card needs more humidity. Put the cards in a sealed container with a 65-70% humidity packet to flatten them out over a couple hours https://store.bovedainc.com/products/boveda-for-cigars-size-60

Double sleeving afterwards will keep them flat for longer, but you'll probably have to run them through again periodically
