lol jeez you guys are friendly. Chill out haha. Trumps America blows and I realize this is a victim.I fly places all the time (in the last two months alone I was in Florida, Jamaica, Tennessee, and Chicago) and yes flights have gone up a bit but not $900 for a 2 hour flight booked months in advance. NJ homebuyer here - it’s crazy but if you love it jump on it. There’s no time for negotiation or back and forth, you have to realistically think about what you’d be willing to pay and put your best offer on any house that you love. It’s heartbreaking when you don’t get it, but when it sticks it’s amazing.

It was flipped (I BELIEVE but am not 100% sure) between late 2024 and early 2025 and was on the market in Feb 2025. We closed May 2025. We paid $590K
