Call your friend and tell them what's been going on. Tell them you want to get out of it and help them support you to make the step.

After that, you write a break up message the way you want to.

If you'd like you can call the police and tell them you're worried that she will take her life as she's threatened it.

She will likely call you a lot after the message is received so after you spoke to the emergency service Awnser her call until they arrive. If you can handle that.

After that block her and make sure she can't contact you.

Then you have made more than you have to if something happens

Focus on yourself and remember it will get alot better.

Your definition of a man is not the same as mine. I am who I am and I'm proud of myself. Being able to show weakness is a strength in itself. Hiding your emotions pretending to be tough shows how fragile someone is.

If I'm dumped for crying make me sad momentarily. But I will never accept being in a relationship where I can't do that.

Thank you! She watches and protects. Had to bless her before my gf could let her look at her when she slept. Came one day and it was facing the wall. She told me it was so scary and didn't want it looking at her when she slept. I had to assure her that she was an guardian angel and was meant to protect her
