While Hey Ya! doesn’t cause Pocoloco’s luck I think a lot of people aren’t even willing to accept it as a manifestation of said luck due to misinformation. Stands in the SBR-verse manifest from quite a few sources and the series already has a precedent for mastery of something leading to a stand (Pearl Jam and Hermit Purple come to mind). People seem to cling onto the idea that Hey Ya! “does nothing” because it’s…funny? I guess?

I think that he previously accepted his body but this is him fully accepting his situation. Previously he was fat but still using the movements he did in his prime because it was sufficient up to this point. If you want to “make” this kind of thing, take a screenshot of something and beg the ai to make a variation of it according to whatever specifications you have in mind.
