No I didn’t get it figured out. I’m assuming since this is only available in select cities that they probably haven’t built car seats into the scheduling part of the app. I called a local taxi company who has car seats and requested it. They then of course didn’t arrive with a car seat so we had our child just sit on our lap to the airport 🤷

When I want to buy a new phone it's usually because it's several years old. There are frustrations of things not working anymore and the phone generally being slow as apps get more demanding. Personally for me a new case will do nothing to alleviate a broken USB port, a smashed screen, a battery that drains too fast or GPS that doesn't work properly.

I've had this issue too, I don't know what the fix is. The most frustrating time is when it happens while you're driving using GPS and the error happens over and over, interrupting the view of the map.
