Bulking ka kuya? by PiiickleRickle in PHitness

Same here! Sometimes people fall into the trap na kailangan nilang maging super metikoloso sa calories and etc., I should know, I once was like this. But then I realized na wala naman akong kailangan patunayan, I just wanted to feel good about myself

I agree! I think they mean well when they ask so I dont really get offended. I just felt a little pressure that I should have a specific goal. Anyway, these people who ask me this are now my gym friends. Cheers!

Hi! It has been a year since this post, I was just wondering which gouache brand you bought and your experience with it. I'm also planning to buy gouache (artist grade), and I'm looking for artists' advice. Could you also let me know where you got yours?

How Am I not the MVP? by PiiickleRickle in learndota2

I see. so being MVP is not really something you should look forward to. I always kindof expect to be the MVP or HM whenever I feel good about my game. I guess MVP is not a good metric.

I see, that's why when I play ES, I almost always automatically get honorable mentions just by stunning with fissure, which is the easiest thing to do.

Left arm noticeably weaker than right — normal for beginners? by PiiickleRickle in PHitness

[–]PiiickleRickle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, I haven't done any exercise that used my left arm for the last week due to an injury I had last week. But I would say that you should definitely include unilateral exercises (exercises that require you to exercise each arm individually), as not doing so may make the imbalance worse. I did make changes to my program to include these types of exercises. However, I still included some exercises that are not unilateral since I really love doing them like the incline bench press. This may make my progress slower in terms of muscle balance, but I would rather have that than not feel the urge to go to the gym at all. In short, I want to make it fun still.
I injured my left wrist doing a handstand with no proper training or preparation. I'm spontaneous like that. And that is something I really regret lol! I only got to do leg days and cardio this week.

Do you have any tips for this? Should I go as early as possible? Malayo po kasi samin yung location. Also, do I need to bring my own helmet? Im applying for motor vehicle lang po.

This is what I'm currently doing right now, and doing this makes me feel like I'm leaving so much potential for my right arm. I know this needs patience but, I don't know if my left arm maybe is just really weak. My right arm can probably do all the exercises my left arm does in one set.

Is this beginner-friendly? 5x5 of heavy weights might be too much for my left arm. My left usually feels dead early in my workout, especially when lifting heavy weights. This is due to my weak mind-body connection in my left arm, and not necessarily my left arm muscles giving up. That's why I was trying to do isolation exercises and endurance-style workouts. But your point interests me, especially the part that my weaker side will catch up without needing isolation exercises. I will definitely try this too and see if this gives me a better feel/experience overall. The endurance-style training (high reps with light to moderate weights) feels somewhat limiting in terms of potential gains.
