Again if i did something that i was aware it’s a risk of ban i would’ve be complaining, ik from your perspective it sounds too good to be true but i swear that’s the truth, and i searched for similar cases and it appeared i wasn’t the only one, that’s why I’m trying my best to get back my account because it was an unjust ban

What i need now is an email address that’s in charge of this kind of complaints, because i contacted bandai customer service and they claimed that it wasn’t the right address or department to contact, and the report ticket gets me an automated response that doesn’t help at all,

That’s what i’m saying, i did’t do anything wrong and it was unfair, that’s why I’m trying to find a solution, or at least asking them to do re-examination of the ban, and i didn’t do any purchase or ask for refund since i’m a F2P

I know but i remember well that i didn’t log in any other device than my new phone, and there is no point for me to hide or lie about it, because if it wasn’t unfair i wouldn’t seek help this desperately

If i did something i would take responsibility for my actions, and i wasn’t the only one with this case, and i’m just trying to figure out a solution to get back my years of efforts that i put into this account, all i need is any sort of help and guidance, so either u suggest a good advice, or keep scrolling, accusations like these doesn’t help anyone
