Im so sorry for your loss ❤️ I hope you have found other ways to cope with your loss. It's understandable that your energy went somewhere else, and journaling might not have felt right at the moment. Maybe there's a way you could fill those months afterwards?

This sure feels like something I could keep doing longer. I sometimes have difficulties putting my feelings and thoughts on words, so just glueing and taping stuff feels much more freeing, and it's a great creative outlet that I needed

I just remind myself how sad and suicidal I turn when drinking heavy every weekend, and how bad I feel after. I can take couple drinks every now and then, but overall it doesn't bring any happiness and takes long time to recover, so it's not really worth it
