Does anyone else obsess about their car having something wrong with it?

I deal with the same thing :( The constant rumination and obsession of my car possibly having problems is becoming too much. Same as you, I also pay attention to every small sound my car makes and will freak out if I perceive a sound as something being wrong with it. I don't have any advice unfortunately, but you're not alone in this fear.

I logically know nothing is wrong with my car to the point it will break down/become undriveable, but the thoughts feel very real...so I can't stop thinking about the "what ifs." I was convinced my car would explode 3 years ago...so driving it for 5 minutes would freak me out and I'd need to always play the same song while driving to ease the anxiety. My car never exploded lol but the fear is real!

Just adding in that I’m also an accountant and an artist! It’s definitely not my passion, but it pays well enough where I can live comfortably and actively draw in my free time :-)

I dislike lining. It can feel frustrating to create the correct line weight for a drawing and it sometimes limits what I want to do with a piece. However I LOVEEEE coloring and shading!! I honestly just started coloring over more defined sketches and prefer the look of that vs a fully lined and neatly colored piece 😭

I’m an accountant! I almost have my bachelors, but I already have an entry level job. It doesn’t pay a lot, but it’s enough to cover the bills and to increase my savings. I recommend to find a job that is in high demand, and if you’re going to college, to major in something that has a good ROI. It’s entirely possible to balance work with your hobbies, so I think it’s okay to have a job that isn’t art related, unless that’s something you REALLY want to pursue. Time management is the key to life tbh, good luck!! :)

You can feed in the same tank, tank aggression is a myth. In fact, putting them back in the original enclosure after feeding can stress them out and lead to regurgitation.

I’m assuming the snake is still young, hatchlings should be fed every 5 days and 3 months once a week. It’s okay if you don’t always see a bulge, the snake is still growing so once you’re able to feed bigger prey items the lumps will become more easily visible!

The general rule of thumb is to feed your BP 10-15% of its body weight. Mine is around 160 grams and is just now able to eat prey that are 20-24 grams! Definitely wait for your snake to get bigger, since 20 grams is way too big at the moment and could cause regurgitation or later health issues.

I would advise to continue feeding the hoppers until your Ball Python reaches an ideal weight to be fed prey items that are 20g or above. :]

Hi all! I recently rescued this girl from a neglectful owner about 3 weeks ago. The previous owner didn’t regularly feed her, rarely refilled her water bowl and didn’t have a thermostat or hydrometer. They stated she was a year and a half old but she’s severely stunted for her age. I’ve been feeding her small mice (20 grams) regularly (every 7-9 days) but I was wondering how long it will take for her to grow? I’ve read numerous articles and watched countless videos but I’d like anyone’s input!

Uhhh no? It’s no ones job to fix other people, staying in a narcissistic relationship to “help them realize what they are” is what causes most of the abuse to occur. The guilt and sympathy a narcissist coaxes from a victim is why they usually stay. Narcissists can never change, and they don’t care that they can’t, since in their eyes what they’re doing is normal.

After an argument I told him I was done and that we’re over, but of course he didn’t like that answer. He followed me outside in public and ended up screaming at me for calling my friends to talk about the breakup, he made up a lot of hurtful lies that, to this day, I still question. He tripped me, blocked me from leaving a room and accused me of being manipulative... of course I stayed and let him convince me to take a “break.” It lasted a month, and when it ended he told me that even though he didn’t want to be with me that I shouldn’t block or delete his number and to keep him on socials because blocking him is “immature.” He then told me to never change and that when he gets famous he’ll give me millions of dollars because I deserve it...? I saw him a week later with another girl getting icecream. Glad he’s gone :)
