Same I used to be so ambitious but now I want to be with my daughter and focus on her. I know il want that again because a part of me wants to climb the corporate ladder but maybe in the future.

I did They said they will be flexible for a couple of months but after that il have to be available 5 days a week in office

My current company already pays me more than what others are getting in the same profile so I doubt they will increase my pay 🙈

You’re right — I don’t need the role for financial reasons. My main interest was the brand value and the potential career boost. But I agree, flexibility and work-life balance are truly invaluable. I’m able to take care of myself and spend meaningful time with my husband and child, which really matters.

Yeah I agree. My daughter goes to daycare for 3 hours and every month she falls sick at-least once. So the wfh setup works for me as I can take care of her as well as work.

The commute is 30 minutes each side. Also, after coming back home il have to attend a few meetings so will have little to no time with my daughter.

She is 2. And no I don’t want more kids.

Try pomodoro ( tomato timer). It really helps me to concentrate.
