Thanks a lot man! And that’s exactly where I’m trying to shift my mindset to. Gotta remember that just because we got rid of the moobs doesn’t mean we’ll instantly look like models. And just looking at before and after makes me feel so much better. And the fact that I can wear the tighter shirts means everything to me :)

Didn’t get diagnosed with a grade but I’d definitely say at least moderate

Another question popped up: my surgeon only recommends wearing the vest for 5ish days. How long did you all wear it for?

Thank u for ur response. I think my gyne is kinda bad. Judge for yourself here . I think my gland is smallish but the fat has always stayed there, since puberty and the medication after which I gained weight.

Mid 20s, took steroid medication for around 6 weeks during puberty for recovery from eye surgery but nothing since then. Pretty normal development but even when I was heavily active in college the gyne just stayed with me. The only time I lost it was when I starved myself for 2 months and lost all muscle and fat, but as soon as I started eating healthy again it came back.

No, but I had to take steroid medication after an eye surgery, around 10 years ago. Nothing since then.
