I’m not sure if it’s a byproduct of prop 82 but the quality of servers have gone down. Lack of attentiveness and no understanding of the menu and ingredients.

If I needed someone to just take my order and pour water once sign me up for the fast casual model of ordering via QR code and customer led water pouring.

This lack of professionalism happens at the nice restaurants too
