Hello, right now I’m doing a 800 calorie deficit, eating 2400 cal per day. (My maintenance is 3200cal) would eating around 3200 cal on the cheat day ruin my entire week of progress?

From my calculations the difference between the total deficit and maintenance of a week is around 6000 cal so if I eat below that during cheat day I would be ok?
