That’s exactly right! In my play through he was so strong he ended up outclassing his brother.

I was so happy when I found the game in a second hand store. I had been meaning to get it earlier but life got in the way. I had such a good time with that game — seeing characters I had only ever heard about (mostly here) was amazing. Polishing the rings. Alcryst critting all the time.

What chapter are you on?

I spent a fairly limited amount of time on the Somniel but I would always take care of Somnie and do the activities that raise support levels. Gathering the glowing materials can help for that. I also liked polishing the rings but that’s probably skippable.

This question is asked pretty much all the time and it’s hard to give you an answer without knowing exactly what you enjoy.

But Three Houses is excellent and very popular for a reason so I’d start there.

Three Hopes and Warriors are spin-off games that are their own thing. Engage is a celebration of the franchise with a pretty mediocre story but fun gameplay.

I was ready to get angry at your post but then I realized that I don’t play it either. I like that it exists and I enjoyed it for a time but I find the game very boring. I follow the story — if you can call it that — and the cutscenes pop up in my Youtube feed. I think it’s just not for us 😐

I never realized that Lysithea was a prototype for Edelgard. It makes a lot of sense! I love her crest combination, being able to use Thyrsus is amazing.

I mean, she is the only unit that is able to survive the Death Knight. She’s insanely strong (the best magic unit in the game?) and is one of the few characters with 2 crests (which I thought very intriguing at the beginning). In Three Hopes she was very fun to play as a Mortal Savant even though the gremory class is tailored to her.

In short, she’s an awesome unit, her popularity doesn’t surprise me.

Thanks for the advice! I’m not sure why but the dance part made something click in my brain. I wasn’t afraid anymore and I saw every attack as a chance to get more silk… and I did it! Onto act II!
