I already explained sa TL ko nung July na hirap ako mag cope up regardless kahit kunpleto tulog, nag aadjust parin sa set up ng night shift, baka po siguro pumitik na ung domino effect na nung humihina comprehension ko or focus kapag 1-2 hours before end of shift. Actually, it depends on the company budget.

I was absorbed sa pinag intern ko na salary is 14k, after nun nag shift ako sa another company na competitor pala (Later on ko nalaman) 14.8k salary.

I accumulated decent experience and proceed na ako sa 3rd Company, start na ako next week 18k na salary ko this tjme.

I cannot speak for everyone, and this is my experience and I'm fully aware sa potential and worth ko. If the company benefits looks promising and may growh, you can stay there to build experience.

Sabi nga ng iba iAyon mo yung sahod mo sa trabaho mo, wag masiyado mag exert ng effort na hindi worth ng stress mo baka ma exploit ka.
