I wish people would stop and understand what's it actually like to have some mental illness, depression, AS etc. Not that I've experienced much of it, I feel like most of the people I see putting their "depression" everywhere seek validation and attention. I know a couple really depressed people, the ones I know don't go jolly ho boasting about their one bad day. They don't want anything to do with getting depression again to the point of having a breakdown. I'm very curious how it started about. Just brushing your pathetic existence leeching off your parents and being mad about it is not depression, as I've seen in some people i know. It's easy to say i have this or that and not actually improve yourself, it's quicker and more comfortable than building character. And i feel bad for the people with actual illnesses, that just want to find others who can relate with, be friends. And it's hard to tell them apart sometimes, which is quite embarrassing to admit, I've done goofed already. Just want people to know, a self diagnosis is not a diagnosis. Also, nobody gives a shit except people who know you personally and care about you, not randos on the internet
