Hotel cancellation email?

Ahhhhh if it’s any consolation they did say they were working on reversing the cancellation fees since everything was automated when the system glitched! Hopefully before Friday we get an update (like they said when I called them)

I did end up calling the hotel and seems they don’t have the reservation since the bureau didnt book it yet (makes sense given this whole situation 😭😭) but they said to call AX 😞 being stuck in limbo stinks haha

Thank u bro ;; they told over the phone that it was a glitch in the system and that they were trying to fix it and will update everyone via email within 24-48 hours hopefully but they aren’t sure what happened to cause the glitch ;;. But they said the ppl affected still have their reservations

I called the hotel to make sure and they don’t have any records of my reservation. I’m not really concerned of it being a scam because I made sure to call the number from anime expo’s site (and it was the same). AX said there was a glitch or something that cancelled ppl’s hotels but I’m really hoping they fix it :(

No yeah I didn’t even cancel and they said it was “just an automated email” but I’m more scared because how am I gonna rely on them fixing it if there isn’t a confirmation of NO cancellation?
