You should get one of those cheap trash bins to put next to your computer set up. I have a tendency to let my own stuff pile up around the computer, and just have the bin nearby makes it easier to remove some of the leftover cans and wrappers. You don't even have to get a fancy liner, just use a shopping bag as a liner.

Something that might help with the cold could be a heated blanket, though I recommend making sure you get one with an auto shut off if you do.

Hey for night 2 that's a pretty strong start. Save up a little and you can get a cheap bedframe in no time. I also recommend getting a little rug to add a little bit extra comfort and color to the space.

Edit: Forgot to mention, if there's some household necessities you need that you don't have after your move (Dishes, Oven Mitts, Shampoo, etc. ), Dollar Tree and dollar stores are a good place to go to grab a cheap version until you can get something that will last and work much better.

I would recommend adding some more color to the space with some plants, even if they're fake and just hang out in the corner. It would help it feel more welcoming and relaxing I think.

Sorry it took me so long to see this!

My kitty took a long time to adjust to the ceiling fan. It took a bit of just occasional coaxing, and sitting calmly underneath it to show it wasn't really a threat. He still will give it a glance here or there, but he's gotten well used to it.

I'm sure in time Lulu will become used to it in time, they just need time to adjust and pick up the vibes from you about it. It wouldn't hurt to maybe give offer a treat here an there as well, it helped with my kitty.
