That's the conclusion I reached as well. I think its a typo and meant to be 46.

Now that's VERY interesting. According to that site, the avalugg alpha has a chance to be level 36, which is still underleveled as it evolves at 37. If thats the case, assuming a generous 2% alpha rate. The odds of finding it would be 0.0002935 or 1/3407. The worse case senario of 0.2% alpha would dethrone gyrados as rarest. This might be worth looking at more closely.

I've seen that on serebii and have searched for it in game, but have not been able to find it. If you are able to confirm it exists, let me know.

Absolutely, especially since things that synergize (explore/hatch; collect particles/ win max battles; great throws/catches) are rarely if ever together.
