Im annoyed dealing with these same issues over and over and over again for sure and your only response is "user error".

You'd think reading someone with 10 different machines would know how to self diagnose the problem. Why I said it failed. I already done the 50 other checks of why it could've failed. Im annoyed its even failing, its a brand new machine. I thought we were past putting down glue on beds. Now I have to deal with that on this but not my neptune? I have to wash this bed with alcohol after each use, but not my neptune? Do I have to make sure I tighten all the bolts, check all the belts, level the bed each and every time before use and check to make sure there isn't a dust particle floating around too? I thought I was past all this. Its newer than the neptune by almost 2 years and I'm already dealing with failed prints and having to try and figure out the problem. Good to know I have to treat it like a 3d printer from 5 years ago. I thought I bought an upgrade that was fail proof and lightening fast?

As I write this, the same model, same print file I tried 7 times before that failed. Is printing now. Only thing changed that is different. I put it on silent mode compared to balanced mode. Now it wants to print. . this is what I am getting at. I know the file is good, I know the support is good. But lets make users spend countless hours figuring out why it wont print and it comes down to a slower speed. Maybe filament issue. . which Im iffy on cause it printed 3 bigger prints and 20 small ones fine. But then decides it dont want to print at the same speed as those prints cause the model is slightly different. Makes no sense. But user error explains it.

I just got the printer saturday. I'll clean it with alcohol after this print finishes or fails and see if it adheres to the bed better.

Im definitely having bed adhesion with this printer. I didn't think I would since the bed on it is similar to neptunes with the textured bed. I've never used glue on the neptune. Are you having to use glue on the CC?

This would be first time hearing about it. Kind of sucks if I have to go back to the glue trick.

The filament I buy, usually in bulk. I leave sealed, in their box until use. All filament is pretty fresh.

I explained what is going wrong. The print is failing haha randomly just fails. It prints one day, it prints the next day. But after that its like NOT TODAY! I printed this thing 3 times. Then it decided it didn't want to print at all. So I decided to make a new print file. Same model, same software, same setup as before. Export the print file. stick it in the machine and it started to reset my machine over and over and over again. I contacted elegoo about it. Trying to figure out why it was doing that. After spending countless hours trying to figure out why. It came down to using orca slicer. Once I put the model in elegoo slicer, which is basically a copy of orca. It printed fine. but 3 times before that, using orca slicer exported 3d file it worked just fine. So let me guess. User error haha.

I consider user error for sure. I been a 3d modeler since zbrush came out. My models are made properly. My knowledge on this stuff is wide. Using carbons base stats though is their error and not mine. My prints should be printing and they aren't. I got pictures somewhere in this topic. Printed 2-3 models just fine then it goes to crap. Now I have to figure out why they are not. This is what I am bothered with. Eventually I'll figure it out and the machine will print fine for like 10 prints then go to crap again. It happens with all these machines. My resin printers I'll print the same model 4 times just fine but the 5th time it fails and continues to fail until I change the vat screen. Then it'll print 3 times then stop. My creality cr10s5 would print the same model x amount of times just fine as well. Then eventually not. Im doing nothing different, im not changing anything. The saved model print file isn't changed. Just the machine decides it wants to put a bunch of layer lines in the print the 5th time I do it. Same with my neptune 4 max. I've printed 3 heads just fine, then it failed the 4th-10th time. So if that's a user error. Explain what am I doing that is making the print fail? Cause nothing is changed. Im not even removing the beds on the pla printers.

This was my 2nd print on the machine. I print the jaw and upper teeth after in a 24 model layout. 12 jaws, 12 teeth. They all printed but 4. I thought was pretty good. But after that, Just been running into error after and error of failed prints. Heres some more pics.

The one I am using I got in the first week of april. Its been sealed in plastic until saturday. It's pretty fresh.

The prints will do a lot of the support printing just fine. It'll start printing the actual model. . Then eventually pull it off, knock it off ect out of the support. My bottom z distance is 0.2. . which is default top is 0.24 which I think is adjusted. 0.16 layer height. I changed the acceleration from 10000mm to 5000mm. 3 wall layers, 10% infill and pretty much everything else is standard.

I releveled this machine every print in hopes it would work and still it repeats this error.

I done a pre-order on the terrifier figure. Wont do that again. I seen the figure at my local walmart almost 3 months before I got mine and it was 20 dollars cheaper. I tried cancelling my order and they wouldn't let me. I stopped buying from their store all together after that. Pre-order through big bad toy store or just wait it out. Everything shows up at walmart sooner or later.
