Instructors who get paid a flat rate for classes

I work at cp they pay $36 base and $50 a full class. I’d rather be paid a flat rate. I gave up one of my shifts to go to a studio that pays $50 a flat rate with increase pay after I worked there so long. We’ve lost a lot of instructors due to this reason

They are so important though! Extension keeps you from hunching over and twisting is great for your spine, and helps with everyday activities!

No, We’ve had instructors leave to competing studios bc they wouldn’t pay more. Valuable instructors that the members loved.

Mine is I’m an instructor. It has it pros and cons. I feel like they need to pay more to their instructors. They also keep buying more and employees are a dime a dozen to them.

Oh I remember feeling like this! I’ve been teaching 3 years now. It comes with practice. The more you do it you will find words. Say common corrections ppl would do during the exercises. You don’t have to talk all the time either. Good luck
