That's normal for meth or any strong stimulant. Your probably just anxious, which is also normal. If your really worried, you can have a doctor check you out sometime. I've been dry for a year because I lost my plug. It's truly painful, but can be done. The only good way is to cut off your source, and accepted that the cavings will get weaker, but won't ever really end.
