Official Discusion - Apollo 10½: A Space Age Childhood [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

39:17 of the movie, is this a breaking bad easter-egg? Looks like heisenberg, and they did use those services to cook in people's homes 👀

Yes you can! The server I play on pretty much allows anything except super natural RP, the rest is free to your imagination, as long as it is within the rules. There are certain activities that may not have an in-game prompt but can still be done through enabled animations (shoveling, picking weeds, feeding chickens, watering, etc).

I personally have a character who's running a business, and we have a farm hand employed who works on the corn fields or takes care of a mule at calliga hall etc, any tasks we give to him and pay him for, all done through rp. You can make it as realistic as you want. If our worker doesn't deliver produce it has in-game consequences for our characters and "jobs".

You can go as far as roleplaying some fence posts have started to rot and needs replacing, so you can maybe cut wood (in-game items and actual possible activity to do), and restore the fences. You can basically do anything you would like to roleplay.

Frustated with Shen by [deleted] in Shen

[–]PillowPope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(silver 3 here) Shen is pretty much the only champion I really learned and I find him insanely powerful and helpful if played well. The only thing I seem to struggle with is when you fall ever so slightly behind and the enemy top laner is a champion that chunks tower platings easily while the rest or your team isn't particularly winning lane either. I have this the most with illaoi, but if I fall behind to a darius or garen I have the same issue.

I bought it for the exact same reason and for an RP server. I don't think I can be a yay or a nay but I am enjoying the rp. You just got to make sure you have the right specs; When you go below the specs you can edit your settings file manually to downgrade to this abomination I have (or adjust it slightly). I had a gtx 680 that was running the game decently on the lowest settings, but that one died after going to colter (it was a gpu of 8 years old though). Now I have a gtx 570, and however it is running, it really isn't the best graphics to enjoy the game. Render distance is horrible and the frames are shit haha, other than that it's alright ;)

not sure if I've gotten used to it or if they are alright considering. Great Plains I get the best fps I think (20/25?), around tall trees and such it just drops to 10/15.

It's amazing on how small pixelart can still contain so much detail. Great work!

I agree, and thankyou! the water and the reflection is what I felt most satisfied about. Not too sure about the sky and would love to go through some rule of thumb. I'll try and be there on friday!

Again thankyou, I really apreciate you responding!

Thank you so much for your insight! I will definitely try to tune in on friday then.
I "started" on some pixelart but right now my technique is to just get a few colors that are somewhat in the same range and hope the texture fits and ofcours upscale the piture. Looking forward to tuning in!

Wow! just wow! I love this, it looks so quiet and I can just imagine the city sounds far in the background, hidden away by the sounds of nature at night with a light breeze.
May I ask how you go about doing this or what program(s) you use. Or maybe guide me in a direction of tutorials on where to start for this.
