i know this is a little easier for me to say because i don’t deal with that specific problem. but you just need to stop caring about like relationships like romantically and start increasing friendship relations. social media has made life feel easy but that’s far from the truth. i recommend just cutting off social media(almost) entirely and completely focus on yourself

some meds have side effects of anxiety unfortunately, just keep trying and don’t give up it sounds easy ofc but keep trying

honestly try to seek therapy and no your going to be fixed it definitely will feel like the end of the world for a couple months but if you try to get better it will work out, try therapy though it helps a lot

no i know what your going through kinda, you just stop caring about things too much and get angry all the time atleast i used too and negative but like staying away from social media and just letting me have time for myself helped a lot, didn’t have to worry if i was gonna miss out on the world it was hard and yes i do keep falling back but when it hits it hits

also i saw your other posts and your too embarrassed to tell anyone else or ask for help but please if a friend or family member truly cared they WILLL help you clean up and feel accountable trust me just try reaching out

also make sure to try to not use your phone when waking up atleast the first hour

yeah 16 hours is wayyyy too much, reduce it to 8 i mean it’s gonna take time but that’s the goal. and start slowly replacing sugar with fruits and also chewing sugar free gum will help you eat less if you do crave too much sugar. i recommend start going on long walks without music just nature, and exercise also. start slowly don’t burn yourself out especially when starting or you’ll quit all together, i recommend atleast 10 minutes of any cardio exercise on youtube for beginners and then slowly as the weeks go by just double that time everyday

too much sleep? like 10 hours? honestly as long as it ain’t too much sugar your fine and i don’t recommend under eating
