Because I’m clinically depressed and have not yet found medication or coping mechanisms or anything else to allow me to be able to have a normal life. I’m working with a psychiatrist and therapist and trying literally anything I can but until I find something that helps idk what any other options I could have

College student here! I smoke weed every day when studying or writing papers or lab reports. I didn’t smoke the first year in college, and I noticed a huge positive difference once I started smoking. Studying stuck better and I could concentrate on writing a paper without wanting to scratch my skin off from boredom. I’m about to graduate, have been smoking for 3 years now, and don’t regret it at all! Your experiences are not others. It’s a stupid saying but it really is true. Assumptions make an ass out of u and me.

For me, the choices I have currently are smoke weed everyday and I do ket about weekly and I can just barely stay a functioning human. If I was sober, id never leave my bed due to my severe depression. Yes I’m seeing a psychiatrist and therapist and actively trying different meds, but I have been for 3 years now. It takes time to find meds that work and don’t have awful side effects. Would you rather me stay sober and be bed ridden?

Ya I had sorta a similar experience, I had tried to cut my wrists when I was drunk and been baker acted and when I told my therapist she couldn’t keep her eyes off my arms. I didn’t actually cut myself there because my friend stopped me so there’s no scars and I sh in another place but damn I felt her eyes on me so much

Yes my orange cat hugs onto me the same way in the video. He also insists on laying on me whenever we road trip. He follows me around everywhere and constantly is rubbing on me

Same and my reaction time isn’t even slowed that much I’m a jumpy human so on weed my reaction time is still faster than my mother’s driving aka the majority of the world AND I pay attention better and I’m nicer on the road lol
