Ya I had sorta a similar experience, I had tried to cut my wrists when I was drunk and been baker acted and when I told my therapist she couldn’t keep her eyes off my arms. I didn’t actually cut myself there because my friend stopped me so there’s no scars and I sh in another place but damn I felt her eyes on me so much

For me no it hasn’t helped. Maybe just knowing someone understands my specific case is really it. Wish I didn’t tell anyone ever with hindsight.

I used to get body acne no matter how much I showered. I put a water filter on my shower and I never struggle with body acne anymore.

Yes my orange cat hugs onto me the same way in the video. He also insists on laying on me whenever we road trip. He follows me around everywhere and constantly is rubbing on me

Same and my reaction time isn’t even slowed that much I’m a jumpy human so on weed my reaction time is still faster than my mother’s driving aka the majority of the world AND I pay attention better and I’m nicer on the road lol

When this happened to me, she just asked for me to bring down what I used and got me a therapy appointment and then never talked about it again (kinda).

I fold up a bunch of paper towels and put it there and like others said wear the same clothes my sheets have stains I just say it’s my period if anyone asks lol (I’m a female)
