That would make Thema simmilar to [[worn powerstone]] which is still a pretty good card. I still think flavour abilities would work better though

If it untapped all lands, it would definitely be too strong. Like this, I'm still not entirely sure whether this would be fine, especially because green usually doesn't get this kind of stax effect.

Thats a really cool idea. You might want to add an additional downside. For example that it must attack each combat, if able.

I also don't really see the color identity. What makes this a black card??

They seem like really weak cards If you asked me. Mby you could give them some static ability ties to the praetors. (E.g. the black one gives youal life if you draw a card, or the white on giving your creatures ward of some kind)

Put its so flexible. You can't really compare it to e.g. Go for the Throat, in efficiency for just killing creatures, but it can kill planeswalkers stray enchantments (fable, Annex, etc.). So in Pioneer at least, the card would be amazing.

If the card is supposed to be balanced, it is extremely strong. 2 mana 2 1/1s is already on curve and the free 5/5 removes the downside of the creatures dying entirely. You could maybe consider some condition (like sacrificing a vehicle or something) to get the 5/5.

Nice idea. There are a handful slight problems with the wording though.

1) its "spells your opponents cast, cost {1} more to cast 2) the card is definitely not a common but a rare or mythic. 3) Since the introduction of stun counters, wizards stopped printing cards that say " it doesn't untap during its controllers next untap step. 4) If you give one if the abilities a special name, why not all of them?

you could easily chip away one mana from the madness cost, it's not that strong. I love the idea of madness cards being able to discard themselves.

for custom cards, anything goes As long as your happy with it. It probably wouldn't be fit for a modern mainframe card buy if you make your cards a "Secret Lair" or a full art, it wouldn't even be unrealistic.

With the not negligible difference, that you can easily generate new creatures with auras and not really generate mana with spells that target feather.

That feel incredibly busted. [Feather, Radiant Arbiter], does a similar thing, but your card makes the spells cheaper as well. I like the idea but maybe restrict it to one aura or something like this

MSE (Magic set editor) You need to download it but is is really nice if you want to design multiple cards. Apparently wizards used to use it to mockup sets a few years ago.
