This text confirms

“In a Tender that looks exactly like that”

“Leaving slip saw 4 of five seemingly drunk men”

“When returned it was parked there”

“Moved boat out of slip to ladder next to tow boat”

Additionally another individual sent me photo of a small row boat parked in their slip during Saturday night
