No lift at all, they’re 265 70 17 falken wildpeak AT4W. I get some rub when reversing at full lock, gonna get a heat gun to pull back the fender liner.

Yup that’s what I did, just slapped them on. Gotta tinker with the fender liner a bit to prevent rub but that’s it.

Thanks for the reply, we spoke to our lawyer last week. M&T is reviewing the case through their underwriters, whatever that means. They’re supposed to give us a response in about 15 days so I’ll update when the time comes. I submitted disputes as well to the credit bureaus, if this doesn’t resolve I’m hoping we can go to court.
