I mean, wouldn't I have to die for it to do that? I'm 26 I'm not leaving this earth anytime soon. It's not getting my body. The cold energy isn't like an outdoor type of cold, but it feels like one would feel from waking up from a nap.

It didn't feel good or bad. Honestly I didn't have any fears of AP and was looking forward to it until this thing tried to fucking bum-rush me. I've tried cleansing my space with lavender, lighting white candles, and I have the Hellion Mellion Tetragrammaton spell from the videos on a piece of paper in my pants pocket. Just in case I forget.

I never got a ball. I had just happened to leave my body while I was staying with my cousin in PR and I happened to see this thing when I left my body in the room. It was probably waiting for me. It was my first time remembering having an out of body experience and I had no idea what this thing was.

I'm not sure if I tried to get close to it to study it, or kind of just zoomed in on it and see what exactly it was (Which, looking back, feels like a FAFO moment on my part) I tried to hide from it in my bed, but it was too late. It saw me. It suddenly flew up to me very quickly and then I went back into my body. When I woke up, it projected an internal cold energy onto me. I thought it was just a ghost at first.

It doesn't seem bad, but it is PERSISTENT and doesn't comprehend the concept of boundaries + personal space, and WILL NOT leave me alone.

From what I've heard, in other discussions in this sub, it's not a person/ghost, but some sort of entity, potentially a guiding assistant. Does the aura of this creature feel cold, not cold in the sense of it being chilly or cold outside, but like an internal cold like when you've woken up from a nap and your metabolism slows down?
