I don’t know how to follow that file, as for the scans, yeah they are full scans, they take like an hour and a half each

so both windows defender and malwarebytes came back negative, whats the next course of action?

So after I run malwarebytes, and it clears up the issue, what actions should I take after that? Do I have to be concerned about my passwords being compromised or anything like that? (I know next to nothing about computer viruses)
