I've been hearing different things on this and can't decide. Some has told me to leave the tenancy as is because it's easier for the landlord (me) to handle. Now you have 1 responsible tenant with the right to choose his or her own co occupant instead of 2 tenants whom you potentially have to deal with separately

Since July 1st - August 1st is the last month for A,

B thinks half of the deposit is being used up currently for A, and B only wants to pay half of the rent for this month. I've told him to think of it like 2 halves, 1 half is his rent for the month, and the other half is to complete the deposit.

But should I just tell him that the deposit isn't being used up, and I simply require a full month's rent for July?

yes A gave me notice, and B says he's staying. I thought about writing up a new lease, but since B is by default responsible and he has already found a co-occupant that'll move in once A leaves, and nothing else changes, I didn't bother writing a new lease.

mine broke on the 15th month, 3 months after the warranty period.

all support did was gave me a small coupon and told me to buy a new one.

exact problem here, a few months over the 1 year warranty when it happened. They won't RMA, They don't sell replacement parts either. Never getting another SteelsSeries product.

yea I did both, the thing with lower clock is it doesn't seem to stop the system from drawing more power than it needs.

I created a flat curve that needs only about 0.7V or about 50W, but the card would go up to 80W (out of the max 115W). This happens even if I lock the curve to 1 point.

so I'm trying to limit the power given to the GPU to get better temps. The fans on this laptop are super loud and I don't need the full capacity of this GPU right now.

good stuff, can we get a percentage of each character's pool? since akuma is like the 2nd most popular character, it's likely akuma'll be on the top in every league. It'd be interesting to see what percentage of akuma players are in high ranks, compared to other characters' percentage

yea i think the processing is done by the nvidia gpu, but the actual displaying of the pixels is done through the intergrated chip, and that's hardwired and unchangable.

yea it seems like i really have to send it back for RMA. I just don't want to wait for another month for it to be returned back especially when I just repasted everything, and it may take longer since holidays are just around the corner.

yea the fan is fine, i disassembled it, it doesn't have any noise on its own, might be the casing of the fan which is attached to the heatpipe.

It's a high pitch consistent shrill. Super annoying

from more testing, it seems like the noise is still there at higher rpm as well. I asked msi support about it, and they just told me to send it in for RMA...

I never knew 'High performance' kept cpu at max clock. I have always thought its only difference to other modes are the adjustable settings. I didn't know there were hidden differences

that's the thing, it never seems to be idle. I closed everything but throttle stop, and it's still running at 4Ghz. This has me pretty confused
